Shipping policy

We ship worldwide! 

We currently offer Free Shipping to orders placed in the United States. 

Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing manufacturing delays along with shipping delays. All orders take 8-14 days for processing after an order is placed. Once processed, your order will ship and arrive in -

For U.S. orders: 3-5 business days

For Canada orders: 8-12 business days

For the Rest of World (International) : 12-20 business days

Returns and Refunds

We currently do not accept exchanges or returns at this time. All orders are custom made, making it not possible to accept returns.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds due to damages
If you returned your item due to damages, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
